TOP REVIEWS FROM LEADING HEALTHCARE QUALITY AND SAFETY
Thank you for this program. Both instructors were very engaging and offered a wealth of information. I gave it 4 stars only because some links in the required reading had expired.
Good course that provides some deep insight into the healthcare system. Quizzes are pretty easy though and are really about memorization more than applying your knowledge.
I'm already working in the department of Patient Safety and Quality of my hospital. this course has been very useful in giving me the insights of the concept of it all.
I would like to state state that this is a course that is very well rounded in the topics taught/discussed and would recommend it to anyone wishing to improve quality in the field of health care!
