So today I'll be Des Moines, creating and converting leads and visualizing your success and path to, Ken Bon. So the first thing that will do as I mentioned is make sure that you read through all the text before you tackle on the challenge. So as usual, you'll launch your trail head and a sad loads you'll follow along with text here. The first thing that we're going to do is create leads, so we're going to add leads so we'll go onto the front end and create a new lead from this. As I mentioned, follow along with the text and you'll see that we're going to be adding a lead for Aparna Basu. Her company is get Cloud West, get Clouded West and email is partner ADT. When you move onto leads and opportunities, you'll be working on converting leads and how that applies to your organization. I will be demo this for you. Now, as I mentioned, make sure that you read through the text before you tackle the challenges. They will help you get that core knowledge for you to tackle on the challenge. So in this challenge, we're going to follow along with the text and the first thing that we're going to be doing is adding leads. So I've launched my salesforce straw headcount and we're going to go to lead. If you haven't got in this, to this page, you'll be able to click on the left hand corner and go into sales. So we'll click on leads and create a new lead. Her first name is a partner, and last name Pasu company is Get Cloudy West. Her title is marketing manager. An email. It's Apama@getcloudywest.com. Now, for this lead, we want to make sure that the status is open and not contacted, open and not contacted. And we can safe so it automatically opens upon us record. And this is will be where we will be working. So click on convert. And once this is done, make sure that the account is open to get cloudy west in the contact information, it is her name, and an opportunity is where we're going to be adding, information. So, in this section, we're going to dash the opportunity that we're going to be, including is get cloudy West 50 custom Stratos X 11 sneakers and click convert. So make sure that your record owner is the same as your name because it will track it in that way. Once you've done that, you'll be able to move on to the challenge itself, which is creating a lead for Shawn. Tell Smith. So we're going to go back to Salesforce and create a new lead this time is for Chantal Smith, and the company is Get cloudy self. So once you are done with it, click safe and we're going to update this to working and contacted and Mark. As current status says, you'll see you've already completed this step of the challenge. And now we want to add a new task. Click here and the subject is Call Ms Smith and for the due date, select any future date that you feel like safe and you're good to go. Once you've done this, you will be able to check your challenge to earn your badge. Now we'll be moving on to this challenge, which is creating opportunity and contact roll. Apologize for that. In this challenge, you'll create an opportunity in Contact Roll, and so you'll launch your trail head account as well. This time, you're going to be clicking on opportunities and click new opportunities. So as you can see that you've already have one opportunity from the previous challenge, this one will be a gig. Cloudy. 24 holiday sneakers opportunity. The account will be get cloudy, so make sure that you've added here and the stage is value proposition. Once you've done this, make sure that you add a, contact role in that decision is a decision maker. So we're going to save this for future date as well. Click safe, and they'll bring you to the opportunity. On the right hand side, you'll see contact rules, click on contact rules and add a contact roll. In this case, you're going to add Alan Johnson. Click next and check of the role as decision maker and click safe. Once you've completed all this, you'll be able to check your challenge and get your badge.
